Government job eligibility

ACCIDENT CASE

Respected Sir

Past 2 1/2 Years ago I met with an accident and the police had filed an FIR and the court has fined. After that Court has been striked off. So that FIR No from the Police Website has been deleted.

Sir, Presently I am selected for Govt Job ..
At Present In the Attestation Form i have not mentioned anything about the past and the police verification has been completed.

Is there any problem with the past? Please help me..

Silence is Golden More Over the Police Verifications are mainly for Criminal and Law and Order issues only

The FIR or the fine imposed is not a problem. However, incomplete or inaccurate information furnished in the Attestation Form could be.

you have no choice but to intimate facts.

Having been fined in an accident will not be a bar on getting a Govt.Job:but nature may be. Show the court order to a local lawyer. He will see whether the fine imposed carries any other penalty along with it barring you to do one thing or another.

Agreeing with Mr Thyagrajan I will add that Now no use consulting lawyer at this stage as there is hardly anything he can advise you. You have to state facts in attestation form.
