forged regiration of property

My fathers property in karaikudi was forged ly changed by a person by saying that my father had given him the property by words and he gave this property to another person by writing and registered where this person sold the same to a person and registered. But in EC which we got in 2012 for our Fathers property.there has been no entry of such sale by any one what should I do

Sir my father has expired in the year 1992.my father had a house in kottayur village.karaikudi taluk.where he had demolished the house and the land of 28 cents was left behind.in the men time.we used to go to our temple every year through our village.suddenly in 2012 we saw some person had cleaned the land.we went to the village office and asked VO.he told that my father had sold the land and the patta was changed in the year 1992,by RIPT.it means the were in position of the land.we got the SLR COPY.survey land registrar.where my fathers name was there.we challenged in DRO court and the patta was changed in our fathers name .but in the meen time the opposite party had registered the land with the old patta in their name by partion in their family members by six person.when we went to registrar in our name the register refused to registrar in our name.heavy money has played in this.we have filed a case in munsif court karsikudi.as they told we can only file where the land is located jurisdiction. other wise we would have filed in chennai high court.pl can an one give me opinion on this matter.I would be thank full
