Sir, I have been scamed by International orgn and lost money.Their representatives and bank accounts available in delhi.Kindly advice how CBI will advice to reach them and blast their network ,who are attached with them in delhi so other indian save their money.

An individual cannot lodge complaint with CBI. CBI will take up the matter only if the Government asks to investigate or the Court of Law directs to investigate. You have not revealed the nature of crime or how it is committed. Take up the matter with authorities concerned in the Government or you can lodge a complaint with police and then move the Court for direction to CBI to investigate the matter since it has international network.
