Sir, there is a house, a kothi visible from the balcony of my flat. Their lives a boy who usually come on the roof of the kothi and do sexual activities ......he usually leered .....mostly he comes in the morning .....many times shirtless. ....and do very bad movements...he also touches his private parts. I am afraid that if I complained against him then he would take revenge of it. Sir please tell me what should I do.

You can lodge complaint with Police. I wonder why do you worry when you are suffering at his hands.I also find no reason why are fearful of disclosure of your identify.

Recording / video-graphing the activity would be better.

Make a video of objectionable activities and report the matter to his parents followed by local police. If no action is taken, file a criminal complaint before area JMFC.
Contact, consult and engage a local prudent lawyer.
