How to get rid of consent term order ?

(Querist) 08 December 2012 This query is : Resolved
I had agreed to consent terms filed in City Civil Court at Mumbai in the year 2009. As per court order plaintiff and defendants had agreed to sell the common property by a private treaty with in 6 months but me and other defendants did not move in the matter as two of us wanted to knock down extra money from plaintiff. Plaintiff has now filed Execution application in the same court with in 2 years of the Consent Term order seeking vacate possession of the property ( that we two have been using all these years without paying any thing to plaintiff ) and wants the court to appoint the Sheriff of Mumbai to sell them. I don't want to loose the property and need a lawyer who can turn the case in my favor. Pl. help.

After reading your query, it seems that you require a lawyer who may fight for your illegalities and even ensure your victory. Though I have not talked with Mr. Sethi in this regard but surely I can say he won't engage himself for such clients. Even don;t expect any help from any of hte experts of this site.

Lawyers are expected to fight for rights and not for those who betray others and have lost their sense that commitment is commitment.

Almost all lawyers arew honest. it is not good to use such word for lawyers. Though there are many on this site dealing in such cases but after reading your words, I am also of the opinion to refer you to personally visit the court campus there and chose lawyer of your choice because there may arrse difference of opinion of honesty.
