Hi,
i have given contract to one interior( Imran ,Reflection imterior). He has given bill ,payment slips and paid through google pay but he had provided duplicate materials very low quality and what ever designs i have asked and he provided in diffrent way and he took more than 4 months as he supposed to complete in one month. still.he did not complete my project and what do and i really dont need these faulty products

Supplying inferior or duplicate material and not completing the work within stipulated perIod comes under the purview of deficiency of services and unfair trade practice.File complaint against contractor before District Consumer Forum and claim cost of material and compensation.

Before precipitating an action in a legal forum you have option to serve a Notice (preferably thorough a lawyer) detailing out the deficiencies in the material and the work, as executed seeking corrective action as well as damages.

Move to District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum with a complaint of deficiency of service etc..
