If their deceased husbands have left behind any property which are now being enjoyed by their father in law then they can file a suit for maintenance agaisnt the father in law and also for a share in their husband's property.,
This question seems to be hypothetical

Is it true that both the sons (husband of daughters-in-law) and their mother have died and their father is alive, as stated in the hypothetical query ?

The query, even if real-time, is short of material facts.

Their husbands don't have their own property as such but can claim their right in in inherited property left by ancestors. I doubt if their father in law accept to fulfill legal financial obligations to the bereaved daughter in laws. Mr. advocate, this case not hypothetical it is a true case and perhaps to be filled soon.

If not hypothetical, what prevents you from posting material facts? No meaningful suggestions could be given leading questions based on subjective opinions but short of material facts.
For instance, what do you mean by "inherited property left by ancestors ........."

Agricultural land and house are ancestral left properly if I accept that his bank balance is his earned property so it's his choice to financially support to Minos or not but after his demise who the nearest one is legal hairs.
