this is related to MHADA ppty. in mumbai.

we are 168 MHADA flat alloties[higher income gr.] in 1982.the land is leased to us for 99 yrs.i.e. till yr.2181;the SALE DEED & conveyance DEED is duly STAMPED -REGISTERED. but the MUTATION ENTRY is still pending. will anybody guide me to complete me the required legal process.

Contact Mamladar (Tehsildar)and move an application in this respect supported with duly attested copies of lease-deed/sale-deed etc.

Generally mutation should be got entered within 12 years of registration of change of ownership/lease etc. and that period has already been expired in your case but subject to some cost, this delay is condoned after duly verifying all the facts.
