Nomination query

(Querist) 03 May 2013 This query is : Resolved
My father purchased a Mhada flat in Mumbai and as a nominee he has appointed me (his only son). My father died without will leaving his wife, 1 married son and 4 married daughters. After his death, the daughters transferred the flat in their mothers name and also entered their names in the share certificate. My query is, as a nominee is the son not the sole owner of the flat. Are the names of the daughters also to be added in the share certificate? If yes, the share of all the 5 children will be equal or different?
