there was trust registered with charity commissioner, the trust purchase a plot and declare they will provide the housing to the members therefore they give membership by making the life members and one member transfer his life membership on my name which i informed the trust vide form D, power of attorney, affidavit trust consider the said doc. and made corresspondence on my address but they refuse to transfer in my name what is the remedy

Better go through rules for change in membership in the trust deed or their housing project. If no mention of any type therein then rule of natural justice shall prevail and trust shall have to transfer on the request of the member/transferror otherwise its own rules shall prevail.

there was rule that any body can transfer their membership to their nominee but still they are not transferring i already paid them Rs 7 lakh for housing all receipt are with me can i move to suit for declaration in city civil court or charity commissioner
