Obc certificate related

My mother is working as a B.T. Assistant teacher (Group B post) in Government school. My father is working as a B.T. Assistant in Government aided school.whether my father working in Government aided school will be considered as directly recruited Group B officer(Government employee/servant).

As per OBC guidelines if both the parents are directly recruited Group B officers then OBC reservation is not applicable for them.

Whether I am eligible for OBC reservation.please clarify me.

Your father is working in a government aided school which is not considered as Group B employment.
Therefore you are eligible for OBC NCL category reservation provided the annual income of the family (other than your mother's salary income) is not exceeding Rs. 8 lakhs per annum for the last three financial years.

Neither salary nor income from other sources should cross Rs.8 lakhs in three consecutive years.
If their income has been below 8 lakhs in the last 3 years, you are qualified for OBC Non-creamy layer status, provided their income from other sources is less than 8 lakhs.
