partition of copartionary immoveable property

pls sir guide me to handle a case of partition and what is the procedure for this

You will have to file a suit for partition in a competent and jurisdictional court of law. You have not mentioned partition of which religion parties, whether hindus or what.

If Hindus refer to Hindu Law texts for the Codes and file a plaint under section 26 read with hindu law codes.
