Que.2.Does the Clients have access to Case Dairy?

Que.3.How to Interpret the Case Dairy when it is common man?
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 09 March 2010
Case diary is not a proper legal word in the given facts rather it is the called :Order-Sheet: which is meant only for the court but on application, it can be accessed by either of the parties and its certified copies can also be obtained.
Parveen Kr. Aggarwal (Expert) 10 March 2010
No case diary is maintained by the Court.

Either you are talking about the case file wherein order sheet is maintained regarding proceedings of each and every hearing of the case or you are talking about the Peshi register maintained by the Court for recording the status and proceedings of the cases.

A case file may be inspected by any party to the proceedings or counsel after getting permission of the Court for such inspection.
