Remove kul from land?

my brothers friend land is in mumbai thane area which comes under kul-kayda law and his grandfather name is in the 7/12 extract but his grant son want to remove the kul from his grand fathers land then what is the procedure and if it continue the it may create any problem in future.

If the procedure of 32G of BTAL act is not completed and kul is not cultivating the land personally he can be removed by adopting BTAL procedure.by following legal procedure there will be no problem.
