restaurants refusing service

can a restaurant refuse service indiscriminately? r not restaurants for public accommodation ? if they can refuse wat r the appropriate legal measures ?

you can make complaint at consumer forum, who ever pay the money for his need to some other service provider , if not full fil service can make complaint

Restaurant is a business enterprise and normally it will not say "no" to any customer unless there is some specific reason. If you go to consumer forum it will come out with specific reason hence give full facts before asking any advice.

well here are the FACTS i went to a restaurant and asked for a apple milkshake at a self service counter which they refused even when i pointed out the apples laying on the counter.... without any reason they plainly refused to serve me the drink. can they be so whimsical?
