sec 302 (2) crpc

(Querist) 25 July 2013 This query is : Resolved 
My wife has filed cases against me and my parents n sisters n sisters husband. We moved to allahabad high court under sec 482. My father moved application to appear in person. He was allowed to appear in person but not allowed to appear on behalf of rest of family members but jugde refused n didnt allow him can we move application under sec 302 (2) crpc. Is there any supreme court judgement which permits a person to appear in person and for rest of applicants?

Only advocate represent other. Your father can represent only himself not others.
