Respected Experts,
I purchased a land in North Delhi through registered GPA in 2003. Which is in my possession and we are residing their since a long. No one has any objection. Now after the proposed regularazatiion of Delhi Govt. when I read the GPA carefully I observed a discrepancy regarding plot no. it is written 93-94, but actually it should have been 92-93. Other things like Khata No. description of boundary and area purchased are correct. This land is situated adjacent to my another plot . Actual plot no 93-94 belongs to other person. He does not know about this. How it will get corrected? Sub-registrar has shows his inability due to case of GPA, Plz, advice Thanks to all.

Dear Mr. Gagan Kumar,
Plot purchased under GPA and in your possession with error in mentioning of number does not make any difference. SR shall not correct the same if unregistered, since he does not have any record of registration. It hardly makes any difference for notarised GPA.
After regularisation of colony you may get it registered, if executor of GPA agree.
