A stamp paper is purchased in the name of Advocate "A".
The same is used to execute a Sale Agreement of Land between Vendor "V" and Purchaser "P".
Advocate "A" has signed as 'identified the parties "V" and "P"'
Who are parties to the agreement?
Is this document admissible in evidence?

The third party name will not be valid. The Stamp Paper is to be purchased in the name of the person who is going to utilize. The stamp paper can be either of the party

The stamp paper should be in the name of the purchaser as per Stamp Rules (see Rule 26).

Sankar Narayan Sir - so you mean the advocate "A" becomes the third party, and even if the stamp paper is purchased in his name and Adv "A" has identified the parties, his name "A" is invalid.

Goyal Sir,
In my query does the advocate who purchased the stamp paper and identified the executants become the third person and not party to the agreement.
