Can a person know my all bank details ,FD and all investments in movable or immovable property by pan card number and Adhaar card number ?

No! Through PAN Number or Aadhaar card number you can't know pan card or Aadsharr card holders Bank FDs and other Investments.Read the following information also.Some exceptions have been given for some entities such a Banks and Railway Administration etc etc.
You know the PAN number of somebody and through website, you can find out the following:
How to know pan card holder name and address from pan number
Surname of the person holding the card
Fathers name
Income tax zone/area (basing upon his address) /jurisdiction to which he belongs
You cannot get any more information from the site
Why income tax department is providing the above information?
For banks to find out the true identity of the person
For railway administration, airline administration and others who are willing to find out the true identity of the person
Jewellery shop owners or any others who are in position to obtain mandatorily the PAN number of the person as and when purchase/sale dealings are entertained between them
Recently many buyers have been found to have produced the details of PAN card number pertaining to some other persons while performing certain transactions which are to be done basing upon PAN numbers
This is a checking device; however it is limited to know the name of the person only

The Querist simply asks whether any (third) person can find out the bank details, FD and all investments in movable or immovable property of a particular person, once the third person gets access of the PAN and AADHAR Card Number of any person?
In other words, suppose I come to know YOUR PAN Card and AADHAR Card number, whether it is possible for me to know YOUR bank details, FD and all investments in movable or immovable property?
You are supposed to answer YES or NO. That can be done only if you know the answer.
BUT WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? A PITY.

As usual, the copy paste Google lady has come up with a piece of advertisement of some company with the copied article on "Invest in Mutual Funds & Get More Returns than Bank Deposit," instead of the advice on whether a (third) person can get all details of the querist about investments and his properties. She has not even cared to delete the part of AD, as follows:
"Invest in the Best Mutual Funds"
"Invest in 7 Mins | Free | 100% Online | Easy to Use | Safe"
The whole publicity of the company of a tax consultant can be seen on the website of www.cleartax.in
She can't refrain from posting any irrelevant material for any type of query, acting like a quack.

Many tax matters I successfully answered and got thanks also.Don't give any commanding suggestions to me.The client is asking how will I know my investment details through PAN card o rAadhar card details. That's why I wrote in near future Aadhaar card would replace Pan card for knowing your investment.Please don't give any taunting and commanding sugestios to me.

Why don't you attack others who give wrong advice including you. Some superficial advi9ce without citation o fany law you are giving. I',m not impressed by you legal advice. Whereas many of my opinions are appreciated by the legal experts and had been thanked.80% of my legal opinions were correct and impressive and got thanks.You first improve your legal knowledge read law books and then give gentle suggestion as quoted by Sudhir Kumar and Venu. Why you take personal and pass derogatory in you insulting words and behavior.

You should be concerned with your own wrong advice, not of others. If wrong and you consider yourself as an expert, why not you point out the same, why jealousy with others merely to justify your wrong advice? If I was wrong in any advice, have you ever pointed out? If so, give even a single example? On the contrary, I have proved all of your advice as wrong.

80% to 85% of my expert answers are appreciated by the experts of LCI and were thanked. Only 20% may have been faulty. Your;legal;l advice except some superficial things I didn't find any useful legal knowledge is there in them. didn't like you legal advice,. First correct yourself by improving yourself by reading law books and then give a gentle suggestion to correct me./ as explained or quoted by Sudhir Kumar and Mr.venu.That is the spirit o0f real gentle man. by just knowing your PAN , aadhar card number, it will not be possible for someone to come know about your bank account details or any other personal or financial background details unless they have the capacity to hack the details.

I cannot but laugh when you say "dont dare mislead me!" Who is misleading whom? It is my grouse that more often than not your answers are totally irrelevant, without even understanding the query, and to say the least rubbish and you are only vomiting whatever you came across on the subject. Therefore it does not lie in your mouth to say that I am misleading you.
You are so conceited and incorrigible that one finds it difficult to make you aware of the foolish replies that you are dishing out here. In such a scenario, to think of misleading you is next to impossible!

First note, I am not giving any suggestions and much less to you. He is concerned whether any Third Party will be able to know the details of his investments. Not whether he himself will be able to know the details.
When he is the owner of the properties and investments, why he will be trying to know the details through his PAN and AADHAR Card?
In any case, even if that is your assumption while providing your answer, please point out specifically, where in the whole of your reply, the ANSWER TO HIS QUERY HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY YOU?
If you cannot point out, then you cannot blame others, if they (including ME) point out such WORTHLESS AND IRRELEVANT answers by YOU.

Apparently, the intentions of Ms. usha Kapoor are very clear, to gather points by making multiples of posts, irrespective of whether the querist can be benefited or doomed by her entirely wrong, misleading and irrelevant advice.
Not only that, even after someone points out about her fault, she starts making more and more irrelevant multiples of posts with the same aim to unduly gather more and more points to his credit. She fail to understand that gathering points with irrelevant and misleading posts cannot make her an expert, rather she starts confirming that she is merely a quack in the guise of an expert.
In fact, seemingly the criminal minded lady, she is committing crime after crime against all those querists, whom she renders her advice.
