I married to a girl namely sruthy,
she has no mental development and
compelled to depend mother for all
the reasons.
They make it a reason and cheating
me for money.
Even if i call my wife also she is
suggesting i can't leave my mother and come
Mother teaching her thtat i will kill her.
What can i do
If they are not interested they can give me
separation or divorcee.
How to proceed this
Can you help me
But one thing sruthy is poor girl.

Sir,
Since the girl is not able to take any decision and it is just like as cheated me since September 6th she is with her father and mother and i am in kerala they inforemd over phone to my mother that they are not interested to continue the reatlion. but they have not confirmed the same legally what i can do i like the girl and i am ready to share whatever i have but i am not interested to live with her parents. They are telling they will not sent her with me i toally in worry what i can do in this case. can you guide me. legally how can i go ahead.

if your wife is not willing to come file for divorce . if it is by mutual consent it is better

Sir, yesterday i received a message from one of my wife's relation that they would like to apply for divorce. One of the uncle of my wife is an advocate and they suggested that for apply for divorce we have to wait for one year. is it right sir for divorce we have to wait for one year. Really mother and father is the problem the man who call infromed that since you are not able to live with Sruthy they need divorce - What is this sir, i am ready to do one and everything but not with wife house she should stay with me. this is my demand any thing wrong sir, i have not taken a sigle penny dowry also. can you guide me how to proceed. I pray to you guide me sir

for divorce by mutual consent it is necessary that husband and wife stay separate for 1 year to apply for divorce by mutual consent .
it is your own case that your wife is dumb and has no mental development . in such a case divorce by mutual consent is best solution

Sir, in mutual consent did i have to pay compensation. I show and done good only for the girl and her family but her mother is so greed of money and she only take initiative to divide the relation. any how it is fate. But by selecting me they tajke me to their life and they finally spoiled my life. For money only they are doing this. Since my motehr sold her property and she has some saving that is the main airm of this drama. I have not taken a sinle money dowry also

consent terms are agreed between parties . if you dont agree to pay compensation she may not agree to divorce by mutual consent
