Using of rti information as evidence !

Dear Experts of the forum,

The original letter addressed to Tehsildar( Revenue)is not traceable,but i got a Xerox copy of the same from Revenue Divisional Office under RTI Act,.Can i use this as an evidence in the CIVIL COURT?

It can be very well used and it can also be summonned from the office wherein it is lying during the evidence.

Xerox copies, unless adequately certified, are inadmissible in evidence. It per se does not satisfy the tests of secondary evidence.
