whether assistant public prosecutor having a right private practice in criminal case in cri.m.a.,private compliant in front of j.m.f.c. where state is not party ? i ever see that app work for clients in m.a. usec 125 cr.p.c,private complaint or in sec.9 of h.m.act 1955.if you say yes,no...then provide me appropriate provison or case law

Trying to guess "app" you mean assistant public prosecutor.

If so he can not do private criminal practice but if you meant a panel penal lawyer then he can do in circumstances stated by you.

Until APP is in service, he cannot do private practice.
