Can wife stay with a man(relative -that woman is his aunt) without divorce? Because she has 2 daughter and she need shelter. She dont have job or even money. That person is ready to stay with them. what could be the solution in this case?

He can but the burden of proof lies on him viz he has to prove his wife is having adulterous relation with the accused.

where is her husband and if husband is not providin maintainance then file case to claim maintainance instead of staying with other man and invite unnecessary troubles

maintainance is not a problem. that person will take care of them. only thing is her husband should not trouble her again and again coming over there.
