The validity of a will could be challenged by the ousted legal heirs in a probate proceeding as well as in a suit for declaration praying that the will be declared null and void.

In addition to the opinion putforth by Sachin I further advise to file criminal case against the person/accused of fabrication of the will. As the will was meant for driving economic benefits so FIE under sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC can be lodged against all persons shown involved in the fabrication of the will may it be beneficiary, witnesses and all other shown therein. If FIR is denied then move criminal court and file complaint under section 200 of Cr. PC
