Can you make clear, who was at fault to give wrong names of your father and mother for your school record to appear in your educational certificates?

Your question is quite premature till any problem arises. Ask your question only when you face any such problem.
Right now, nobody can anticipate and tell about your future problem on account of wrong names of your father and mother on your school certificates.

Such minor discrepancies are quite common and could be explained through an affidavit if any problem arises.

Seems no problem would be faced if the name remains same in all your documents and Id. proofs.
However, you can approach your Education Board through your school to get the record corrected after fulfilling the formalities required by them.

Consult a local lawyer for filing declaratory suit against CBSE and other agencies to correct the error(s).

Quite a vague post of Mr. Kumar Doab!
Mr. Kumar Doab, seems to be quite sure that the school principal can help the querist to manipulate change of names of his father and mother, even in the records of Examination Board, when his mother and father would have been quite sure to get their names correctly recorded at the time of admission of their son.

Nothing except manipulation can be expected from a person of doubtful integrity, like Mr. Kumar Doab.
