IP Conclave & IPTSE Awards under the theme “Role of IP in Building the Nation” on 4th July, 2019 at New Delhi in collaboration with Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India and ERICSSON. IPTSE (Intellectual Property Talent Search Examination) was launched on July, 2018 and please to share that more than 5000 students have participated in the IPTSE.
IPTSE is an annual examination designed for school and college students across India. The objective is to create awareness about intellectual property rights, copyright, patents, trademark, geographical indication, industrial design and trade secrets among the Indian youth. On the basis of score obtained by the students, students will be awarded with the Award Money, Trophy and Certificate as the token of appreciation. Also top twenty students will have an opportunity to visit R&D labs in India.
IPTSE is a joint initiative of ASSOCHAM and ERICSSON which is supported by Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Govt. of India. Also many institutions have supported this initiative and issued a circular to all institutions under their jurisdictions. The institutions are All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), University of Delhi, Mumbai University, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, Kurukshetra University, Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Doctor Hari Singh Gour University, Babasaheb Bhumrao Ambedkar Unveristy, Aligarh Muslim University, Bangalore University, Sant Longwal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jamia Hamdard University, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and Navsari Agriculture University.

The conclave intends to bring together national and international experts on the same platform to have a dialogue and exchange best practices for the benefit of enforcement agencies, academia, attorneys and industry representatives and provide fresh ideas for further strengthening the IP ecosystem
