% of marks for llb admission

It is mentioned in the prospectus of GLC regarding % of B.Com marks as 45% being eligble for applying for admission for 3 years LLB Course.

My query is that - while calculating the qualifying percentage of B.Com, should we take the average % of marks for all the three years of  B.Com or Only the final year of B.Com.

This is not clearly stated in the prospectus..

It should be average % of marks of all three year of B.Com, not a % of particular year or final year.
