"Domestic violence" HELP

I am talking about my friend Hina Khan. She married to a man about 7 year ago now she has a girl of 6 year and a boy of 2 year old.she spent only 1st year to her husband home and rest 6 year to her mother home.In last 6 year she went to husband home two or three time but return back within 2 to 3 month, becouse her husband use to beat her,through her lugguge and told to go back to your mother home.Her husband is saying to his father in law if he wil provide about 5000/- per month then he wil take them to his home otherwise not. Becouse of family reputation Hina did not file any case against him, but now her child have grown up, they need well education so she decided to file a case. My question is that. 1)where the case will end 2)She wil get monetary relief? 3)If get divorce who wil take the children
