My wife had been harassing me with misusing all the laws favouring women. She files 498a and I had really tough time in facing the full trial and got aquittal where she and her mother totally false statements against me in her cross examinations.
Now I am facing 125 CRPC maintenance case and finding it really difficult to get her maintenance stopped. She has been working as a hindi teacher and quite well qualified. I tried to get her maintenance stopped by filing 127 CRPC maintenance on the ground that she is having enough income. But court dismissed my application. So by all the means, she is getting encouragement and want to extract maximum amount of money.
Now she wants to extract my form 16 and want to claim as much maintenance as possible. I am in lot of stress and feel like as if I am dying. I am software engineer and she is totally after a big alimony and maintenance. I am in deep trouble in my job too. My both the parents are suffering from heart diseases now due to this prolonged stress.
I want to know what will happen if I lose my job or due to continuous being in stress and distress I resigned? Will I still have to give the maintenance to her, or I can claim maintenance from her. Due to prolonged stress I feel totally miserable. And being a man, even all the judges seems to favout women who filed totally false cases against me. She volunteered went out of my house by filing false 498a, I did not through her out, still court is deaf and dumb toward this. She is double MA and working in a internation school earning around 35 to 40000 Rs pm month, court is not ready to consider even this. I have old parents to look after and have been lot of uncertainity in my job, court has to deaf ears against it too. I do not know how to get rid of her paying maintenance. Kindly give me advise.
