In u/s 125crpc ₹1000/- as maintance was allowed but from date of filing whereas in 24hma ₹2000/- was allowed but from date of order. The rule is one has to pay the higer amount ordered. Now one has to pay ₹2000/- but the question is, does the husband has to pay the arrears of 125 too?
