Regarding sc court- judgement. 138 case onlinecstated evidence stage.. Not started any thingvuntill now. As per sc court requested to transfer the case from karnataka to tamil nadu. But first magistrate angle this case in evidence stage can not transfer and continue in the same court at karnataka.. I request club members. How can we put argument through laser to request magistrate.. Bec until today it is in evidence status. Not given any oral statement. Any cross examination. FYI other court at chintamani the same status case transfered after submitted sc judgement.. Kindly help us apart from sc judgement any material evidence and ref no is available.. Or how can we explain to the judge to transfer the case to tamil nadu. Bec chq issued from tamil nadu bank...pls

Please find attached herewith Judgment of the Supreme Court of India on cheque bounce case jurisdiction. Para 20 of this Supreme Court Judgment will clear the doubt of the Hon'ble Trial Court.
