Hi, I have 3 cheques of 10laks each totall 30 laks. and 3 Promisory Notes 10laks each total 30 laks. Now I have bounced the cheques and need to send the demand notice of that chequ bounce. Do I need to mention the Promisory note as well in the chequ bounce notice or not required.
Totally I need to get 30 laks only. Shall i mention 30laks Promisory note in the legal notice for strong implecation.

It is better to mention about the promissory note in the notice, even without mentioning it you can issue the legal notice.
