there is no way to avoid the bail more over i will suggest you to doesnt avoid the matter other wise the bailable orders may become non bailble.

Law has long arms, if you avoid it later on when you will be delcared absconder in that case it will be difficult. But it can be avoided till such time it converts into NBW.

If it is a cheque case the bail is right and you will get it in normal course.
