i have sent a legal notice of 138 . but we mention wrong name of our client but the name and adress of the accused is correct in the notice.account number and amount,date also correct.only the name of the person on whose behalf we send the msg is inncorect.for example i under the instruction of my client dev (here we wrte dev inspite of sanjeev).plzz help????

@ ADV AMIT SECND NOTICE IS NOT VALID IN 138 CASES IF I SEND 2ND NOTICE THEN CASE CAN DISMISS

u hav just sent the notice and hav not filed a case yet .........if it is so...then u can send 2nd notice. which will b treated as 1st notice...........coz then u will present this notice during ur trial........if u hav filed the case in court then u hav no option......
