144(2) crpc

I made a rent agreement with a tenant. After the agreement,  144(2) crpc imposed on that property. Can the tenant take possession in that case? Agreement was done before 144(2)

My sincere advice is to consult an advocate practising locally to help you. Pay him adequately. This is a question that is based on intution.

Thank You for your reply. I have asked this to lawywrs and they replied differently. So I confused. And your logic is right, nothing is free in this world. So this group should be exclusively premium/paid group.
