Yes please refer more citations. One thing is also be discussed here that writer of FIR is generally examined in court but writer of 156(3) is not, even where there is handwriting of advocate. In my case there is much exageration in 156(3) and perfactly written by advocate. Sections are 354,323,506 IPC. I am from the defence side.
