A joint criminal complaint is not maintenable under the code of criminal procedure. This means only one complainant for one complaint.

Hello,

Your question seems incomplete.
In an FIR, there can be more than one complainant. Section 156 (3), talks about "Any Magistrate empowered under section 190 may order such an investigation".

What are the facts? What is the issue? What is the necessity for more than complainant?

There can be a joint complaint for same facts and dispute against same party, there is no embargo.
