I filed a case in DIST consumer forum against telecom company for excess charging of bill. The forum passedorders against me without verifying the evidence.

I wanted to file appeal at State Consumer forum. There is delay also on my part in filing the case because of ill health.

Kindly guide me in preparing the affidavit, plaint & condoning petition for filing in Stat Level forum.

Thank you.

I have not engaged any lawyer for my case at Dist forum & I don't want to engage for appeal also. I highly appreciate if any one of you share a sample appeal format & and also clarify if affidavit has to be taken on a stamp paper & if yes what's the value.

Appearing as party in person is not a very big thing or feeling proud about it.

You should also know the prescribed procedures as well as the rules thoroughly if you have decided to appear as party in person in the appeal too.

You can contact any advocate of this forum to assist you.
