She is a US citizen.He is an indian. Both of them got engaged last year. Now she is planning to come to India for 30 days to get married to him. How do we work it out ? A simple traditional/ Arya Samaj wedding and also a Court marriage keeping in consideration the 30-day period of stay needed to get married through the Special Marriage Act.. Is the 30 day stay period Mandate? or is there any loophole, in the sense without having to necessarily go through the 30 day wait?

She is a Buddhist and he is a Hindu.... I read somewhere that :-The Hindu Marriage Act is applicable in cases where both husband and wife are Hindus, Buddhists, Jains or Sikhs. Is it valid if they are either as well ? OR will the fact that she is a Foreign national apply and ONLY SMA possible ?
