What should I do when after resupervision of SSP of my case 354b 379 removed. Although 164 statement is also done before court. In DSP and Sp supervision both sections found true but bcaz accused persons have nexus with SSP so he removed non bailable sections without informing me.

The accused having nexus with officials is general in nature. First issue notice to that investigating officer named in FIR. Only after the charge sheet is filed in court you can submit your arguments in court. You can also file a complaint to a superior authority and had the liberty to file a private complaint through a local advocate.

Section 354B IPC pertain to disrobing women whereas 379 IPC is for theft, which one is correct and what was the plea of SSP while removing the section(s) from charge-sheet ?

You can pray the court to take cognizance of offence at the time of framing charge(s) against the accused.
