IICA is in the process of setting up an India International Mediation Organisation for handling various pre and post litigation disputes in relation to:

As a first step in its initiative, IICA proposes to carry out a series of mediation training across India (Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Telangana, West Bengal, Tamil Naidu and Assam).
The training shall be organized in association with Bridge Mediation & Consulting India, pioneers in international mediation training in India who have conducted mediation trainings at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, National Law University, Jodhpur (NLU-J) and Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.

Eligibility and Training Fee:
The applicant must be a graduate and post graduate in any stream (including 4th year and 5th year students of 5 year professional course in law or final year students of 3 year professional course or students of post graduate course in law or management) from any recognized University/Educational Institute in India or abroad.
