During Proceeding we found few papers are not as per our Knowledge & information, we workout and find She is holding two passports , holding education of fake date of birth , so we were filled a complaint in related department, No department Come forward to take action against her then we approached to concern courts 156/ 200 Crpc , courts rejected our Application in 156 and summoned all department for evidence & all , after taking evidence recommended for 420/465/468/471 in 200 crpc, Now opposite party approached to higher court for set aside the same case, as they said in plea we are not effected party ,we have document but didn’t cheat to complainant, We are requested you pls give some time , we need some authority (s) we can submit before Honble Court , not to set aside /or grant any relief to other Party
