482 crpc

Sir in one. Of may case my opponent person was accused in 420,467,468,352,504,606 ipc . got bail from court . Now he applied for 482 quashing for criminal FIR and. Allahabad high court ,issued stay order to the trail court Now the accused criminal paerson see himself as a king and again start torchering my client vo kheta hai ," jo kara jai vo kar lo ab to stay ho gya , ab 10/sall baad baat karenge ". So what should i do to quash that stay order and his bail .

File an interim application to be joined as a party in the 482 proceedings and then challenge and oppose any releif that he asks for.

Alternativelyt file a police complaint and allege the fact that he is abusing the liberty granted to him by the court.

Sir. For this i had already applied in higj court but highcourt has crashed my bail cancelation application. One thing one of the accused in my fir filed. A 156(3) for some. Serious acts against me ,for which ssp has investigation and finally he put FR in court in my favour . Did that FR will help me in this case also .
