498 a

hi,

i made a complaint on my wife  in year 2014 june and fir had been registered under section 384,504,506.recently chargesheet is submitted in court. she filed a 498a complaint in ghaziabad in between,but taken back complaint . after submission of chargesheet if she files a 498 a complaint at another state or at parental house.. is legally police bound to file 498 a case

In case the case u/s 498a is filed at a plac which does not have jurisdiction, you may approach the HC of that state to seek a quashing of the FIR

She may approach to other PS, however police may not consider since the PS dose not belongs to her parental or matrimonial jurisdiction.
