I wants some more Supreme Court Judgement on conditional bail which has sustained though compromise has not been arrived between party. In previous hearing Court argued There is a high court order to keep your wife if you do not than why should I not cancell your bail. I answre that My provisional bail is for only one year. In first 5 month she did not came in court to go with me she came when charge sheet had been filed and case is in trial stage. She always says in court that she is ready to reside with me but never take any step for restoration of matrimonial relation. So this is not my fault. I am ready for trial. The court said to my lawyer that do you have any supreme court ruling for this situations that your bail has sustained. I have filed a perjury case pointing out the contradictions in her two bail cancellation petition. If you member have any SC ruling please provide me as soon as possible.
