498 Case

Dear Forum. My name is krishna ,my wife had put a 498 case on month of April in two stations , so that I filed for squash case . Court given stay for the case until further orders. She left home in last year December. Again two days back she came home and said I have all rights to stay so that I can stay here. Me staying in Bangalore,my mom and dad staying in the house at Hyderabad both got scared went to police station explained the situation and went to my sister house. Yesterday some 14 people's came to my house and went to all my neighbours houses said very badly about my mom and dad . I really helpless in situation wat to do. Property is in my father's name his own house. They are mentally harassment is ill tolerable. What action can we take now.
