498A

I have a question that how the trail in a 498A case takes place in court of law. My wife has put in many false allegations. How will these be proved and If they r able to prove it by producing false evidences or witnesses. How much time does it usually take for the final verdict in such cases.

1. Her side has to proove the allegations.
2. it all depends on weight of her on the case backend parties to reasonably say tenure of a 498a :-)
3. Average shelf life to file a chargsheet is 1-1/2 years and trial to acquital or charge is known to take upto 3 -1/2 years which is national average based on knowing some 700 + victims.
Rgds.
