498a,3/4,34 case is on court

Hi All,

my wife has filled 498a,34,3/4 on 9 members of my families and relatives.my 4 relatives have applied 482 quash on high court and 3 relatives got relief from high court and only 1 relative is not got quash relief.So finally still 6 members are remain on case.Opposite party also touch with pp and other court officer. they want to put us in jail and every step they are watching and opposing our procedure.still charges are not framed.they have given some money by cheque while marriage.so how can i protect this case. Can i get relif from trail court bcz 3 members already got quash relief.
