Hi,
My wife filled 498a n 313 against me n was in MCR for 15 days....as m wife is not staying with me from last 11 months n she has filled all these false cases against me as i filled divorce petition against her. Need help also is there any way to know person salary income.....

As per my knowledge, if person is gov employee, then you can filed RTI for income proof. Else you are dependent on friends, etc. to get income details.
