A friend had filed CP for third time due to failure of builder to comply with the Consent Terms of 2013.
While only lodging no was allotted in the matter it's listed twice for hearing but didn't reach hearing. Though all objections are removed the CP is yet to be registered and the next date is 17/4/2025.
The advocate on record has circulated the petion in the 1st week of April 2025.
Is it legally right as CP is not yet registered?

Legally it is not right but you ask your advocate to request registry to list petition on 17.4.25 in court.

You should submit a formal application outlining the specific reasons for your request and providing relevant documents. The application should be addressed to the Registrar or the appropriate officer of the Registry, and it should clearly state the CP case number and the reasons for expediting the case.
